Christopher French is a curator and museum producer originally from the sandstone ridge in Cheshire.

Now based in London and working for museums and organisations across the UK. He enjoys creating opportunities for people to explore their creativity and ignite their curiosity. His interest in architecture and design stems from a steadfast belief that they are strong forces and catalysts for positive societal change when combatting some of our biggest challenges in the 21st century. His belief in the power and agency that can be gained through embracing creativity and the skills that it encourages and enjoys creating opportunities for people to explore their creativity and ignite their curiosity.

His own innate curiosity, research abilities and skills developed as a designer allow him to increase and develop understanding of other subjects and ideas; finding new perspectives, stories and ideas that resonate today through exhibitions and events with a focus on engagement and education.

He has built up a significant raft of skills through his education and experience and is able to take on many elements of exhibition and event production, including, producing graphics and design layouts; conducting research; developing narratives and curating objects to engage people with the stories of people, things and ideas.

He has worked with collections and archives at galleries and museums around the UK such as the Whitworth Art Gallery and the London Transport Museum - as well as cataloguing and developing private collections through research and the acquisition of objects. He has curated and produced events and exhibitions at major institutions such as the Design Museum, the National Trust and the Embassy of Chile, London.
